Susan Hyatt is the founder and CEO of Business Nonprofit Connections, Inc. She has over 20 years experience providing organization development coaching, consulting, and training for nonprofit, public, and private sector organizations domestically and internationally.   Susan has worked extensively with the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) for the past twelve years providing training and consulting to Governors’ Commissions on National and Community Service, AmeriCorps, VISTA, Learn and Serve America and Senior Corps (FGP, SCP, and RSVP) programs on topics including volunteer recruitment and management, resource development, effective partnerships between nonprofits, government agencies, and businesses, leadership development, organizational development, and performance measurement and program evaluation. She also has worked with a range of domestic and international nonprofits including Save the Children, Heifer International, CARE, Habitat for Humanity, and Pathfinder International.
